A 20-minute, 4-movement string quartet.

Lively, engaging, accessible music - influenced by a mix of Beethoven, Vivaldi, Eastern European Romani folk, and subtle elements of rock rhythms. Largely tonal/melodic based, with some light dissonance. "Modern" (sounds like today) but not "modernist" (doesn't sound like the usual atonal 20th-Century style).

Somewhat challenging - like Romantic era chamber music, but not virtuoso music and doesn't contain the extended techniques of modern classical.
